As the debate rages on when really the Nexus 6 release date is, Verizon and Motorola revealed the Droid Turbo unveiling on October 28.

Prior to the press event, five killer specs and features of the Droid Turbo leaked out and picked up by Android Central and while the details were far from confirmed, they show promise of easily besting the Nexus 6.

Robust body build

According to Android Central, the ‘other’ Motorola flagship is likely one of the toughest smartphone to come out this year thanks to the Kevlar material that will end up as back cover of the device. In a way, the Droid Turbo is ‘bullet-proof’ as Kevlar is the favoured material in the manufacture of protective vest and helmet used by SWAT members.

And Kevlar on the Droid Turbo will also mean smooth finish for the device.
