Handset that sold 130m units will be made available next month

Dubai: Seeking an edge in the world of high-end smartphones, Motorola Mobility is bringing back the “Razr” name, once attached to the best-selling phone in the world.

A Motorola executive revealed yesterday that like the old Razr model, the new smartphone is also thin at 7.1mm. The phone has a stainless steel core, a Gorilla Glass screen and a nanotechnology splash guard that protects the electrical boards inside.
